1. Idaho, fall and winter lion hunters will stay in a
comfortable ranch guesthouse. Hunting
is done from four wheel drives, ATV’s and snowmobiles. Hound hunting is very demanding requiring
physically fit hunters capable of hiking several miles in steep country. Jackie Bushman hunted with this outfitter
recently and harvested a B&C tom with archery equipment (

). Mountain Lion
tags are available over the counter and have a two-day waiting period if
purchased after the season begins.

2. Nevada lion hunts are conducted either
from mobile camp or motel accommodations.
Hunters can harvest 2 lions in Nevada and hunts occur from December
through March. The hunts are based out
of either Winnemucca or Elko Nevada.
